Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with a focus towards Automation & Control (e.g., Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics)
  • 3+ years projects delivery experience in the Process sector
  • Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA
  • Fluent English
  • Legal authorization to work in the EU and UK

Responsibilities

  • Be a member of a project team tasked with delivering Process projects on Rockwell Automation's PlantPAx DCS
  • Design, Implementation and Testing of control system software including control modules, equipment modules, equipment phases, graphics, alarms and safety interlocks
  • Produce detailed design documents and qualification documents
  • Ensure that automation systems and associated documents are designed in compliance with all relevant GMP standards
  • Design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyze existing systems
  • Determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system
  • Identify, analyze and resolve program support deficiencies while developing and recommending corrective actions
