Responsibilities

  • Supports the sourcing, onboarding, and implementation of new learning technology vendors and solutions (Vendor Strategy & Enablement, Approx. 50%)
  • Partners with Procurement, Legal, and the Training Ops vendor management team to facilitate RFPs, contract setup, and vendor readiness
  • Coordinates vendor activities related to strategic initiatives such as classroom modernization and digital learning transformation
  • Tracks vendor performance during implementation phases and ensures alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Prepares reports and presentations for leadership on vendor selection, implementation progress, and value realization
  • Leads the planning and execution of training-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget (Project Management, Approx. 50%)
  • Develops project plans and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including L&D, Talent, and HR Ops
  • Facilitates project meetings, tracks milestones, and manages risks and issues to keep initiatives on track
  • Communicates project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Maintains accurate documentation and supports post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned
  • Contributes to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and vendor operations
