Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a Technology related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Passion for cybersecurity, technology and data protection
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce or Loopio considered as an asset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box

Responsibilities

  • Responding to product-related security inquiries and processing due diligence requests
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in Information Security during client interactions
  • Proactively updating and maintaining the Information Library as a central source of truth
  • Ensuring the maintenance and development of the information security resources
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of our processes to improve efficiency, effective customer management and consistency of messaging
