Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize project meetings, maintain documentation, and distribute minutes
  • Maintain task lists, project trackers, and comprehensive project documentation
  • Assist with or independently manage project schedules and status reporting
  • Track risks and issues, escalating to product managers as appropriate
  • Learn and effectively utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders to support project performance and communication
  • Develop strong communication and organizational skills while supporting the team
  • Support or lead cross-functional coordination and collaboration efforts
  • Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
