Requirements

1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (advantageous)
Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (such as Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Teams) (a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project tracking tools

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and deliverables
Track milestones and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks, and escalate any issues as necessary
Organize project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to effectively communicate and achieve project goals and expectations
