Requirements

Minimal to no supervision required to perform the job
Ability to read and write
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Ability to use tools required for the job
Skilled and trained on all facets of the air test and final preparation of base products
Skilled and certified on use of overhead crane
Skilled and certified on forklift
Ability to do stud welding
Ability to do high-level rigging
Ability to do grinding, drilling, tapping
Ability to do layouts without supervision
At least 1 year of experience as an Air Tester

Responsibilities

Comply with all of TurboFab’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, Regulations and Guidelines
Check own work for compliance to specifications
Use all necessary equipment and tools required to perform work
Ensure that procedures have been followed and quality has not been compromised
Keep all areas clean and orderly; and comply with TurboFab’s housekeeping procedures
Follow the Air Testing procedures
Test for leaks, clean the bases, do minor paint touch ups, prepare the bases for shipment or transfer
Rig, lift and load bases to trucks using overhead cranes, as required
