Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations management (Site/W&D/Planning/CS) – more than 8/10 years ideally, with comfort to challenge operating teams
  • Demonstrated track record in continuous improvement, change management, and program/project leadership, especially in supply chain optimization and digital transformation
  • Experience in strategy building and performance management
  • Solid program/project management experience
  • Good exposure to ADP/GPS/PMO
  • Strong partnering, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a matrix environment
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional and transformation-focused teams, ideally within supply chain or quality systems
  • Great commercial understanding and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to a cross-functional team managing horizontal topics and all relevant programs/projects to improve Service/Cash/Quality
  • Orchestrate and align future-oriented initiatives across the QSC team, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration
  • Secure performance tracking by establishing, monitoring, and improving KPIs, and by implementing preventive and corrective actions to address gaps
  • Drive the identification, design, and implementation of transformation and continuous improvement projects, leveraging best practices and digital tools
  • Drive the Customer Value Creation agenda by developing improvement plans related to Advantage survey and customer satisfaction survey results
  • Act as a key partner to QSC leadership and stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing across functions and levels
  • Ensure effective program and project management, including resource allocation, risk management, and delivery of key milestones
  • Champion change management and employee engagement during transformation and organizational development efforts
  • Oversee the integration of new roles and horizontal functions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and capability building within the team
  • Support the development and upskilling of team members, with a focus on future capabilities and digital transformation
