Requirements

Experience managing project scope and supporting the process of identifying project requirements
Ability to provide support to production teams to remove roadblocks, clarify questions, and assign owners
Proficiency in proactively managing and monitoring execution of deliverables, project status, and reporting
Experience managing all change requests, validating schedule and budget impacts, and communicating changes to stakeholders
Creativity and flexibility in creating and driving project plans using Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM), including deliverables, approach, profile, teams, critical path, risks, and assumptions
Experience supporting stand-up execution of new projects, ensuring accuracy of work processes and task flow, and defining team roles
Proficiency in managing project schedules, prioritizing tasks based on critical path, and determining overall timelines
Experience validating and creating time estimations, driving estimates by deliverable, and optimizing with teams
Understanding of basic financial concepts, with ability to lead budget management and create basic project cost estimations
Skills in ensuring project tracking tools are populated correctly, processes are documented and followed, and quality assurance is maintained
Ability to identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing project productivity
Good experience working with multicultural teams, factoring in cultural diversity for communications
Proficiency in proactively assigning work, providing instructions, monitoring team performance, and promoting knowledge-sharing and collaboration

Responsibilities

Manage project scope and support identifying project requirements
Provide support to production team to remove roadblocks, clarify questions, assign owners, prevent issues, and enhance performance
Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables, project status, and overall project status reporting
Manage all change requests, validate schedule and budget impacts, communicate approved changes to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
Create and drive project plans, determine needed deliverables, high-level approach, project profile, responsible teams, critical path, productivity improvements, risks, and planning assumptions using ADM
Support stand-up execution of new projects, ensure accuracy of work processes and task flow, and define team roles
Manage project schedule, prioritize tasks based on critical path, and determine overall project schedule and timeline
Validate and create time estimations, drive estimates by deliverable, and work with teams to optimize and reduce estimates
Lead budget management on projects with senior lead support, create basic project cost estimations, and apply cost management skills
Ensure project tracking tools are populated correctly, processes are documented and followed, assess work for quality and accuracy, and enforce quality assurance processes
Identify opportunities for improving processes and help project resources improve productivity
Work with multicultural teams, factor in cultural diversity when planning communications
Proactively assign work, provide instructions, monitor team performance, advise production team, and promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration
