Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational backbone of a hybrid program supporting 300–500 creators, including lifecycle emails, community engagement, segmentation workflows, and data tracking
  • Design and execute core retention/growth tactics, including leading regular creator-facing webinars, office hours, and structured feedback sessions
  • Help creators adopt new features, strengthen their business, and connect with other Patreon Creators
  • Design and refine program processes
  • Gather creator insights and iterate quickly to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Community, Marketing, and Creator Management teams to ensure program impact
