Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust ESG communication strategies that build trust, drive engagement, and enhance reputation
Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Comms to develop timely, meaningful, and high-quality assets, including blogs, press releases, white papers, and thought leadership articles
Develop resources and templates to enable Sales and support customer-facing sustainability communications
Manage, maintain, and update content and resources on WD sustainability websites
Support development of sustainability program decks, presentations, and artifacts
Drive strategy, programming, and narratives for sustainability efforts at key industry conferences and company events
Organize events and activities to engage and mobilize employees for sustainability causes
Design employee-facing sustainability training and education programs, driving high participation rates and concrete actions
Create and promote employee-facing sustainability resources, including playbooks, toolkits, and how-to-guides
