  • 7+ years of experience leading or supporting programs and projects in a matrixed, global organization
  • Demonstrated success managing sustainability, operational efficiency, or process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated skill in program management software (Smartsheet, MS Project) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong project and program management skills, including planning, governance, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and processes to support ongoing sustainability initiatives, regulatory reporting requirements, internal special projects, and additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Drive portfolio visibility through the development of dashboards, accurate data tracking, and timely updates that allow for clear portfolio oversight and decision-making
  • Develop, maintain, and refine program management tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to elevate transparency, consistency, and performance visibility across all sustainability initiatives
  • Work together with cross-functional teams (EHS, CSR, Procurement, R&D, Operations, Legal, Trade Compliance) to ensure sustainability projects align with company goals and deliver tangible improvements in compliance, performance, or sustainability impact
  • Support capability development through training and coaching teams in program management and PPI tools and practices, growing adoption, skill proficiency, and consistent application of governance standards
  • Maintain internal collaboration and knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Teams) by ensuring timely updates and accessibility of project documentation, templates, and guidelines
