Experience navigating systems including Maximo, Power Plan, Access, Oracle Primavera, Workday, SIMS, and Fieldglass to extract and transform data
Deep knowledge of stakeholder needs and data analysis techniques

Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Engineering, Project Controls, Contract Controls, Project Management, Procurement, Project Services, Investment Planning, Operations, Safety, Human Resources, and Information Technology

Ability to work hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and up to 5 days in office as needed

Lead the design, development, and deployment of medium to high complexity Power BI Reports and Dashboards within Transmission and Engineering Project Controls to demonstrate effectiveness and performance of internal organizations and external suppliers
Navigate various systems to extract and transform data into meaningful and interactive visualization tools
Manage the entire lifecycle of analytical projects, from defining problems and requirements to data exploration, analysis, modeling, QA/QC review, data validation, and presenting insights
Determine needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions for reporting in alignment with corporate goals and strategies across Transmission, Engineering, Project Controls (Planning & Scheduling, Cost Controls), Contract Controls, Contract Administration, Project Management, Procurement, Project Services, Operations, Safety, and Human Resources
Identify automation opportunities, streamline reporting processes, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions
Support and mentor Associate Program Analysts
Champion process improvements to transform the organization's future growth and success
