As a Professional Engineer/Project Manager, the role involves administering contracts for MDOT and MDOT Local Agency Program projects across Wade Trim’s Traverse City, Gaylord, Bay City, and Flint offices, managing and supervising construction staff, assisting in business development and sales, supporting project proposal development, overseeing project execution including scope, schedule, and budget management, providing constructability expertise, ensuring field engineers and inspectors have necessary resources, developing and maintaining client relationships, participating in project reviews, developing reports and presentations, attending meetings, and maintaining a safe working environment.
