Requirements

Candidates must possess at least three years of primary teaching experience, prior experience with educator coaching or delivering professional development is a plus, and strong knowledge of Seesaw and/or its use in the classroom is strongly preferred. Exceptional presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, the capacity to think critically and learn quickly, a positive and proactive attitude, and a collaborative, values-driven approach are also required, along with comfort using technology and the willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.

Responsibilities

The Professional Development & Training Specialist will deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw, maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow-up resources to customers via email, maintain a strong knowledge of the latest Seesaw features and support resources, raise customer issues with speed and urgency, and communicate resolutions back to the customer as needed.
