Completed technical or craft vocational training is an advantage
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
Proven ability to consistently and independently follow guidelines and procedures, instructions and adhere to production plans
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
English skills are an advantage
Knowledge of the metric system and ability to make conversions
Willingness to work in a 24/7 production plan

Responsibilities

Work in a production environment both independently and as part of a team to ensure customers receive a product that exceeds quality requirements
Communicate with various work groups to ensure the completion of daily production
Work in standard and cleanroom environments while adhering to area-specific PPE requirements
Handle and process materials in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
Timely compliance with Thermo Fisher Scientific's training requirements and adherence to all ISO and GMP standards for production processes at the Wuppertal site
Perform other related tasks as needed and/or assigned
