Requirements

  • Middle school diploma
  • Completed technical or craft vocational training is an advantage
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
  • Proven ability to consistently and independently follow guidelines and procedures, instructions and adhere to production plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
  • English skills are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the metric system and ability to make conversions
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 production plan

Responsibilities

  • Work in a production environment both independently and as part of a team to ensure customers receive a product that exceeds quality requirements
  • Communicate with various work groups to ensure the completion of daily production
  • Work in standard and cleanroom environments while adhering to area-specific PPE requirements
  • Handle and process materials in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
  • Timely compliance with Thermo Fisher Scientific's training requirements and adherence to all ISO and GMP standards for production processes at the Wuppertal site
  • Perform other related tasks as needed and/or assigned
