Requirements

GCE ‘O’ level / NITEC / Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in controlled manufacturing environment (preferred; candidates without experience welcome to apply)
Ability to lift, move or carry bulky materials and equipment up to 25 kg
Willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work in controlled powder-handling environments
Flexible to work rotating shifts
Able to read & write in English and has basic knowledge of Mathematics and troubleshooting skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirements
Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards
Ensure safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality Dry Powder Media within a controlled environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards
