The role involves 12-hour shifts on days in a cleanroom environment with strict adherence to GMP safety standards, requiring full cleanroom gowning and PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and lab coats. Physical demands include lifting at least 25 lbs. independently (up to 40 lbs. without assistance noted in conditions), and standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching for up to 80% of the shift.
Full cleanroom gowning is required, including suit, gloves, hair/beard coverings, and safety glasses, with no makeup, jewelry, perfume, nail polish, scented products, hair products, exposed piercings, or facial hair allowed. Additional PPE such as Tyvek, latex or nitrile gloves, gowning, lab coat, and ear plugs is needed.
You'll join an ambitious team in a dynamic environment, participating in meetings, shift handoffs, and improvement initiatives while working independently or collaboratively.
