Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Req)
  • Other Statistician qualification (Pref)
  • Two (2) years relevant statistical experience (Req)
  • Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters
  • General knowledge of company products, pharmaceutical industry or field specific to a major function

Responsibilities

  • Under guidance, provides statistical analysis and input as required by production
  • Determines how a data set can best be projected to represent a larger population
  • Monitors changes in the market that would necessitate changes to IQVIA statistical practices and performs impact assessments to determine the exact result of the change and its statistical significance
  • Monitors and reports the accuracy of IQVIA audits over time
  • Reviews quality control procedures to ensure they remain appropriate and recommends changes as needed
  • Validates that quality control processes are performed as specified
  • Responds to client questions (directly or via client service) regarding data accuracy, trends, data content (what is included and excluded in the report)
