Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years direct related experience in planning and purchase of goods to support production lines
  • Demonstrated understanding of MRP, inventory, and production principles
  • Proven results in improving and implementing cost reduction programs
  • SAP/ERP experience
  • Strong team leader/contributor, comfortable in leading multi-cultural teams
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Negotiation skills
  • Self-starter
  • Analytical and project management skills
  • Proactive with strong teamwork skills
  • Well-rounded knowledge in supply chain, materials planning, and logistics

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Production Planning performance indicator management and improvement
  • Ensure production leveling against demand, looking to increase headcount to meet monthly goals
  • Follow up and ensure production plan is accomplished to meet customer requirements +95% On time delivery
  • Guide production planning process optimization, develop tools and plans for improvement
  • Collaborate with all operative departments for problem resolution and priorities
  • Ensure communication outside of plant (Customer Service, Project Management, Suppliers) is delivered
