Responsibilities

Observe and time the builds of every unique assembly produced at the Frisco manufacturing facility, focusing only on hands-on technician labor
Record build times part number by part number in a spreadsheet
Move between work centers, track individual assemblies, bounce between orders, and activate timers only while builds are active
Load recorded build times into Shield AI’s manufacturing and ERP systems
Observe the “cradle to grave” process of a manufacturing order and offer suggestions for improvements in material flow and order tracking
Achieve 100% coverage of recorded build times for all unique built assemblies
