Minimum school leaving certificate

Mechanical background desirable, with ability to recognize and validate mechanical components/assemblies per drawings and bills of material
Maintain accurate and complete records
Proven competency and pro-active approach to fault finding/troubleshooting essential
Excellent communication skills
Experience in using SAP desirable
Strong computer skills (MS Office Applications)
Computer literate with operational experience using test programs in Windows environment
Familiarity with computer databases

Responsibilities

Collaborating as part of a team to support the assembly, complete traceability, and closing out orders on the MRP system
Performing inventory control tasks ensuring inventory accuracy with the MRP system
Valuing people's health and safety in the workplace and maintaining strong HSE safe practices
Ensuring all systems and assemblies meet company and customer high-quality standards and are assembled per sales order/project requirements
Ensuring commitment and compliance with Baker Hughes Quality policy & procedures, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Engaging with various departments, including Technology, Project Management, and Project Engineering, on a daily basis
