Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (preferably ME)
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in operations as superintendent or supervisor
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement in production rates, levels of quality, and waste reduction
  • Driving process consistency and standardization across all shifts
  • Research and recommendation of new capital equipment purchases
  • Highly developed leadership, change management, interpersonal, communication, and people skills to drive plant performance
  • Demonstrated ability to build team capability
  • Proven track record of operational enhancement, capital projects, and operational improvements
  • Lean Manufacturing experience (a plus)
