Responsibilities

Managing Process Development mandates to support New Product Introductions (NPIs)
Coordinating the launch of new products into routine production
Creating technical handover packages and monitoring bulk manufacturing processes
Liaising with R&T, production, planning, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product introduction
Supporting EHS/PSM procedures and participating in HAZOP studies
Ensuring feasibility, costing, and quality reviews are completed for each launch
Acting as a key point of contact for internal customers and global PD colleagues
