Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving building goals to ensure accurate and timely processing of merchandise to Stores and Guests
  • Educate executives on the importance of accurately staffing their teams, balanced freight flow, and aid in problem solving for positive daily and weekly financial results
  • Monitor plans and work-in-process backlogs to consider impacts of future planning and staffing to keep the building balanced
  • In partnership with key leadership and support teams, ensure the key is adequately staffed and trained to meet throughput commitments
  • Lead and facilitate all operational Management System huddles
  • Participate in the development of business plans, using trends and reporting tools to help identify and drive areas of opportunity within the building to positively impact KPIs
