Responsibilities

Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen mit Fokus auf operative Prozesse: Prozessanalyse und -definition, Steuerung der Aktivitäten, Zuarbeiten von Operations, Konzepterstellung, Personalkalkulation, Preisverhandlung
Teilnahmebewertungen mit Fokus auf operative Prozesse
Überwachung voraussichtlicher Ausschreibungen
Kommunikation mit Operations-Fachabteilungen im Zusammenhang mit Ausschreibungen oder Teilnahmebewertungen
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kundeneinführungsprojekten im Rahmen von Dienstleistungsübernahmen mit Fokus auf operative Prozesse
Unterstützung beim Umsetzen von operativen (Teil-)Projekten
Regelmäßige Präsentation und Berichterstattung des Projektstandes an Leitung OPS Control und sonstige Interessengruppen
Unterstützung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Terminen zur unternehmensweiten Abstimmung bezüglich laufender Ausschreibungen mit Fokus auf operative Prozesse
Kommunikation mit Abrechnungszentren bei Anfragen oder prozessualen Auffälligkeiten
Mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Abrechnungszentren, Bearbeitung und Recherche von offenen Postenlisten und Aufarbeitung mit anschließender Kommunikation
Selbstständige Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Abstimmungsterminen mit Abrechnungszentren
Proaktive Kommunikation zu Leistungserbringern und Abrechnungszentren bei Prozessauffälligkeiten oder Optimierungspotentialen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung innerbetrieblicher und gesetzlicher Datenschutzregelungen
