Requirements

  • Follow safety standards, identify near misses and unsafe conditions, and report to mentor, team leader, or supervisor
  • Follow working instructions for specific operations to ensure production according to quality standards and schedules
  • Meet the skill set required for specific operations as per company standard
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successfully complete a drug screen (as applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture, assemble, clean, and package products in a team line environment
  • Flag process problems to the team leader and take ownership of quality performance
  • Organize work to achieve individual and team objectives, meeting costs, time, and quality requirements
  • Identify potential job delays causing deviation from standard process and report to mentor, team leader, or supervisor
  • Maintain a tidy work area, put tools in proper place, keep areas free from hazards, and conduct daily 5S inspections
  • Seek to understand job information, make improvements, support Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement activities, provide feedback on lessons learned, and implement improvement ideas
  • Perform time registration according to guidelines, clock on/off at correct times, respect working hours, and communicate task completion
  • Demonstrate commitment to standard cycle time and man hours
