Responsibilities

  • Support planning, development, and creation of content for platforms
  • Assist with production schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for departments
  • Offer creative support on longform productions and marketing campaigns
  • Animation: Work with executives from pitch development to post-production; read submissions and scripts; review animatics and animation
  • Disney+ (Creative Operations): Support regional campaign planning across creative and marketing functions
  • Disney+ (Content Operations): Oversee asset tracking for EMEA releases; work on tool developments for tracking
  • Disney+ (Content): Oversee and evaluate content for Disney+ and competitors; update trackers; conduct presentations on highlights
  • Live Action and Original Productions: Read submissions and scripts; support shows in development and production; coordinate with production, marketing, and programming teams
  • National Geographic (Unscripted Live Action): Manage meetings; track milestones; assist with research and documentation
  • National Geographic (Programming): Create monthly programming schedules; analyse ratings data; contribute to schedule strategies, stunts, and plans
  • National Geographic (Media Planning and Presentation): Focus on promotions and campaign planning for live TV channels; manage systems and execute strategies
  • National Geographic (Global Acquisitions): Work with producers and distributors; join pitches; develop strategic thinking; assist with deal negotiations
  • National Geographic (Promotions - Production): Oversee promotional material; manage voiceover and graphics bookings; quality check; ensure international delivery
  • National Geographic (Promotions - Asset Management): Supervise assets for campaigns (episodes, scripts, artwork, promos); utilise Photoshop to design images
