Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, and ideally have a strong understanding of financial markets and risk management principles. Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and derivative pricing is preferred, along with proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.

Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist, you will function as a subject matter expert and support the FRA commercial team by providing in-depth knowledge of the FRA suite, acting as a bridge between the commercial and product management teams. You will collaborate with Sales Specialists to develop strategic plans for sales opportunities, ensuring FRA and overall RVS quota achievement, and provide subject matter expertise during diagnostic conversations and lead product demonstrations. Additionally, you will explain complex calculations and methodologies related to derivatives, fixed income, and equity securities to prospects, conduct proof of concepts, and facilitate transitions for clients to Onboarding, Integration, and Support Services teams, while also contributing to the education of Sales Specialists through product training and support.
