Requirements
Strong expertise in digital behavioral analysis, understanding user behaviors and responding to business questions
Ability to guide technical and methodological choices based on analysis needs
Capability to evangelize data practices to business and technical teams
Experience working in an Agile environment using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Knowledge of data collection, analysis, sharing, and AB Testing solutions
Understanding of privacy management rules in an international context
Responsibilities
Coordinate activities related to data collection, availability, sharing, and analysis of performance data on digital platforms
Collaborate with other Product Owners in the Digital Data Driven Optimisation team (UX analysis and AB Testing/personalization)
Work under the supervision of the Team Leader for strategic vision, prioritization, resource coordination, and team cohesion
Contribute to strategic projects, including monitoring digital performance of marketing actions (presentation of destination, stays, tickets, additional services) during sales path redesign
Strengthen data quality collection and exploitation in upcoming structuring projects
Participate in formalizing processes, defining deliverable formats with Data teams, and implementing digital data governance
Collaborate with departments such as Media, Marketing Strategy, and Data
