Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for social media technologies (Social Listening, Engagement, Care, Affiliate, Influencer Marketing) aligned with digital transformation
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, brand, and analytics teams to meet business and user needs
  • Lead the replatforming of social engagement, social care, and social listening technologies for scalability and alignment with business goals
  • Evaluate emerging trends and recommend tools/strategies to stay competitive
  • Oversee deployment, customization, and optimization of platforms
  • Ensure seamless integration of platforms with each other and key systems (e.g., data lakes, BI)
  • Drive end-to-end replatforming process, including vendor selection, evaluation, and integration
  • Assess platform performance and enhance functionality/usability
  • Act as bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors for alignment on priorities/timelines
  • Facilitate cross-departmental discussions to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements
  • Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
  • Implement analytics in platforms to track performance metrics and support decisions
  • Ensure replatformed tools include advanced analytics for customer engagement insights
  • Monitor key social media KPIs for actionable insights
