Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage priorities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Proven expertise in core ERP functionalities, user interface design, component architecture, and design systems is a plus.
The Product Owner will represent business stakeholder needs to agile teams, refine product requirements, and clarify business objectives. They will maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined for development. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers and development teams on product increments, supporting sprint planning by clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria, and participating in agile ceremonies. The role involves coordinating dependencies, communicating blockers, assisting in defect triaging, gathering user feedback, and ensuring proper documentation of features and deliverables. Additionally, the Product Owner will support sprint demos for stakeholder feedback and validation.
