Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner (minimum 3 years, ideally 5+ years)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and relevant regulations
Solid knowledge of server maintenance, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Previous experience in DevOps and/or Product/Cyber Security
Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Communicative and proactive
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Leadership in technical communities (guilds)
Preferred: Experience in R&D Software Engineering environments
Preferred: Ability to work collaboratively across IT, Security, and development teams

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the DevOps and Security backlog, including tasks, improvements, and bug fixes
Define and maintain the DevSecOps roadmap in alignment with IT, Security Office, and R&D strategic goals
Gather requirements from IT, Security Office, and R&D management, translating them into clear, actionable user stories
Track CI/CD pipeline performance and collect metrics to drive continuous improvement
Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to regulations and certifications such as RED DA, NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27000
Collaborate with development teams to manage interdependencies effectively
Lead the DevOps and/or Security guild to foster best practices and knowledge sharing
