Responsibilities

Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach
Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog
Ensure the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants
Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes
Be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards product goals
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of product management
Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team, fostering collaboration and innovation
