5+ years of product management experience in search, AI, or LLM, with additional expertise in the legal domain being a plus
Demonstrated success in leading SaaS or enterprise software product development
Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and drive execution with agile methodologies
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Gather, evaluate, and thoroughly understand customer use cases to guide product decisions
Anticipate customer needs and prioritize them for the organization
Analyze and interpret market dynamics, influenced by recent news/incidents, especially competitive announcements and events
Strive to meet customer expectations without compromising the product's commercial viability
Monitor key product metrics and iterate based on feedback and data-driven insights
Evaluate product hypotheses quantitatively, including AB testing for interactive products
Generate new ideas by analyzing product data for insights
Develop and implement a product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with near-term delivery
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science teams to drive product development, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience
Possess a deep understanding of your feature area and develop prototypes
Be familiar with SDLCs as identified by management, such as agile processes, and drive key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release
Develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams
Consider high-level technical approaches to use when prioritizing functionality
Be proficient in various technologies to assist day-to-day tasks (Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.)
Have a solid understanding of data and technical architecture principles and best practices
Own one or more product features and lead project execution
Own product development plans and represent feature(s) within the cross-functional team, proposing new feature ideas based on deep customer understanding
Prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution
Lead demos to key stakeholders at program milestones
