Responsibilities

  • Gather, evaluate, and thoroughly understand customer use cases to guide product decisions
  • Anticipate customer needs and prioritize them for the organization
  • Analyze and interpret market dynamics, influenced by recent news/incidents, especially competitive announcements and events
  • Strive to meet customer expectations without compromising the product's commercial viability
  • Monitor key product metrics and iterate based on feedback and data-driven insights
  • Evaluate product hypotheses quantitatively, including AB testing for interactive products
  • Generate new ideas by analyzing product data for insights
  • Develop and implement a product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with near-term delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science teams to drive product development, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience
  • Possess a deep understanding of your feature area and develop prototypes
  • Be familiar with SDLCs as identified by management, such as agile processes, and drive key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release
  • Develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams
  • Consider high-level technical approaches to use when prioritizing functionality
  • Be proficient in various technologies to assist day-to-day tasks (Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.)
  • Have a solid understanding of data and technical architecture principles and best practices
  • Own one or more product features and lead project execution
  • Own product development plans and represent feature(s) within the cross-functional team, proposing new feature ideas based on deep customer understanding
  • Prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution
  • Lead demos to key stakeholders at program milestones
