Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the product strategy and roadmap for Xplor’s Global Payment Platform
  • Regularly review and update the product strategy to reflect changes in company strategy, market changes, and customer feedback
  • Work with US teams to ensure they understand the product strategy and there are clear communications & release plans
  • Support defining and communicating the product roadmap and prioritization for new customer acquisition, retention, and conversion
  • Ensure the roadmap is data-informed, based on market need, and balances functional and non-functional work
  • Work with customers to understand problems during discovery
  • Lead scrum teams through the Product Development Lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Lead discovery of problems and support scope definition of solutions
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Global Billing and Settlement platform
  • Work within a global payments product team to create a framework of KPI metrics
  • Be accountable for the commercial success of the capabilities created
