Experience with market trends in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), mobile operator authentication, SIM-based verification, and carrier identity services is also required.
The Product Manager will collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the roadmap for Vonage's Verify services, including Silent Authentication, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, and Email-based OTP, and carrier-based identity APIs. They will analyze market trends, work closely with engineering teams to enhance verification APIs, and support the development of AI-powered identity theft and fraud prevention capabilities. Responsibilities also include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, conducting user research, collaborating with UX/UI teams, and supporting the creation of documentation and tutorials. The role involves partnering with engineering, security, and compliance teams, working with carrier relations and business development teams, and coordinating with other product managers to create integrated mobile authentication experiences. Additionally, the Product Manager will monitor the competitive landscape, analyze emerging technologies, and stay current with regional regulations affecting identity verification services.
