Responsibilities

Définir et prioriser les évolutions fonctionnelles liées à la création, la vérification et la personnalisation de documents juridiques
Collaborer avec les équipes contenu, design et techniques pour livrer des expériences fluides et pertinentes pour les utilisateurs
Identifier les besoins récurrents des clients en matière de fiabilité, d’aide à la rédaction et de contrôle de conformité
Suivre les indicateurs clés d’adoption, de satisfaction et de performance produit
Contribuer à la démarche d’amélioration continue et à la culture produit au sein de l’équipe
Travailler de concert avec les équipes globales au sein de LexisNexis pour identifier les opportunités de partage et réutilisation de fonctionnalités existantes
