Expérience solide en environnement B2B ou professionnel, idéalement sur des outils de productivité ou de connaissance
Capacité à comprendre des processus métiers complexes et à les traduire en solutions simples et efficaces

Définir et piloter la feuille de route d’un ensemble de fonctionnalités clés pour les utilisateurs professionnels
Identifier, tester et prioriser les opportunités d’évolution à partir des besoins marchés et des données d’usage
Travailler avec les équipes design, technique et marché pour livrer des parcours simples, cohérents et performants
Suivre la qualité et la performance des fonctionnalités livrées : adoption, satisfaction, récurrence d’usage
Contribuer à la diffusion de la culture produit : discovery continue, mesure d’impact, expérimentation
