Requirements

3+ years experience in API development with proven track record in technical product management, ideally including API development and management
2+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading
Hands-on coding experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, Golang, or C++
Understanding of market microstructures and low latency trading principles
Experience at a sell-side or buy-side institution
Bonus: Experience in digital assets

Responsibilities

Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and overall execution of technical designs and builds
Write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for technical improvements to the electronic trading product at the infrastructure and application layer
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, and Compliance teams to capture all requirements
Enhance the liquidity provider program by building tools to track and report liquidity status and potential gaps
Create testing frameworks and test cases for individual product releases
Build tools to track and report trading data and success metrics for product releases
