Requirements

  • 3+ years as a product manager
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment
  • Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack
  • Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, procurement, or executives
  • Strong bias for action and adeptness in dealing with ambiguity
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of using data to drive product decisions
  • Bonus: Experience building or deploying enterprise software applications, especially desktop software

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, customer research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and help drive the product vision forward
  • Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable customer value
  • Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Measure results and iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving measurable impact to the business
  • Collaborate with GTM teams including marketing, sales, customer success, etc. to effectively ideate on new innovations that will solve customer problems and bring them to life
  • Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team
