Responsibilities

  • Collaborate, partner, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, product, and scrum master/project management) to implement solutions aligned with product strategy and strategic objectives
  • Provide day-to-day product lifecycle support for title management products, including leading or supporting daily scrum meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Proactively identify and propose feature improvements based on business goals and KPIs
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop detailed product requirements and ensure alignment with overall product team strategy and business value
  • Support developing detailed product documentation, user stories, workflows, and process maps to capture platform functionality and dependencies
  • Assist in business case development using appropriate modeling techniques and methods
  • Define precise user story acceptance criteria, develop UAT test scripts, and support change management activities to ensure successful launches of new features
  • Provide day-to-day support for the title management ecosystem and support efforts to consolidate, modernize, and streamline it
