Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Manager, Firefox Product Health will identify and establish metrics to gauge the reliability, performance, and user-perceived health of Firefox, regularly reporting on product health to senior leaders and creating actionable insights. They will collaborate with user research and customer support teams to understand user problems, analyze trends, and advocate for fixes or improvements. Furthermore, they will partner with engineering and design teams to prioritize and address issues impacting product health, build and share reports and dashboards, and ensure that product updates meet high standards of stability and user satisfaction.
