Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS or security-focused products, with a proven track record of successfully launching browser extensions or similar client-side applications. They require a solid understanding of browser APIs, web technologies like JavaScript, React, Redux, and TypeScript, and modern extension architecture, along with familiarity with browser-specific UX, performance, and security considerations. Strong technical acumen, the ability to partner effectively with engineering, and a data-driven mindset are also essential, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional organizational and leadership abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will partner with leadership to define and evolve the vision and roadmap for Keeper’s Browser Extension, collaborating with product, engineering, design, security, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver innovative features. They will guide the product lifecycle, stay current with browser ecosystem developments, work closely with engineering to address browser-specific challenges, drive backlog grooming and release processes, conduct user research, analyze data, and define key product metrics. Furthermore, they will author product documentation, internal enablement content, and customer-facing materials, evangelize the Browser Extension, and ultimately drive product decisions.
