Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead initiatives relating to client segmentation, evaluating market trends and uncovering opportunities
  • Prior experience serving as a multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations, distilling complex subject matter into management-ready materials
  • Proven track record in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines
  • Prior program or project management experience is advantageous; planning, analysis, design and governance
  • Strong knowledge of business strategy development to provide long term planning and to manage the profitability/performance of a major business segment
  • Leadership and organizational skills to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience

Responsibilities

  • Performing launches and post launch assessments/recommendations
  • Product Management Lifecycle activities such as defining the target client segment market and evaluating industry trends and uncovering opportunities
  • Developing market insight by defining the target client segment markets and evaluating European Defined Contribution industry trends
  • Formulating strategy for the group by aligning cross functional teams, uncovering opportunities and determining life cycle states
  • Shaping the value proposition, develop the business case and define the marketing mix model as part of the new product planning process
  • Leading in introducing new products to the market by securing regulatory approvals, publishing marketing material and conducting sales training
  • Assessing industry movement and refine value based pricing post the launch of new product
  • Attending and presenting at industry events and publish in industry publications
  • Providing sales support including presenting at client and prospect meetings
  • Creating strategies for cross-program coordination and go-to market rollouts
  • Carrying out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
  • Displaying a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
  • Conducting post launch audits, tracks product success, analyses P&L, metrics, KPIs, makes recommendations for improvements to promotional programs
