  • 5+ years professional experience in Product Management with Enterprise SaaS, security and compliance exposure
  • Comfortable in high-stakes contexts; able to walk into a CIO/CISO meeting with a large customer, confidently lead technical conversations on browser and AI security topics, and build trust to displace entrenched incumbents
  • Standout communicator and relationship-builder; enjoy meeting new people and creating compelling stories
  • Eye for craft and ability to contribute to shipping high-craft user experiences
  • Pragmatic, motivated by ambiguous problems, and excited to work in a startup environment with quick product validation cycles
  • Eager to learn quickly and work autonomously
  • Based in North American time zones with 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members

Responsibilities

  • Lead Dia to win the Enterprise browser market
  • Make Dia Enterprise-ready: lead discovery on customer needs, stand up an autonomous team to ship new enterprise surfaces (admin, policy, access controls), operationalize pilots and rollouts, partner with Security and Legal to ensure posture meets customer expectations without sacrificing craft
  • Own a head-to-head plan to win: meet Enterprise requirements while differentiating with consumer-grade craft and network-effect features that make teams more productive with shared context; drive adoption and credible momentum to the CISO
  • Drive enterprise growth by partnering with Atlassian GTM (acting as named point of contact for Sales, Marketing and CSM) and landing lighthouse customers where Dia already has density
  • Create tight loops between Enterprise users and the core product team to turn signals into shippable improvements and measurable activation and expansion
