Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management or engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proven track record managing customer-facing products from discovery through launch, optimization, and scaling
  • Background in customer-facing roles, translating customer needs and business requirements into clear engineering initiatives and technical specifications
  • Experience with consumer lending products

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for Method's current lending product suite
  • Evaluate new market opportunities and assess potential for product expansion with existing and prospective lending customers
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for lending products, tracking performance against growth, adoption, and profitability targets
  • Conduct user research and analyze product performance to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure lending products meet regulatory requirements and risk standards
