Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) of product management at user-focused tech with examples of shipped products
  • Data-driven, self-sufficient in product analytics (i.e. Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Looker, Chartio, or other)
  • Customer centricity
  • User research, and user testing skills
  • Ability to present and articulate your product decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders
  • Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future
  • Well-organized with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience in working in multidisciplinary product teams
  • Experience in goal setting (short-)

Responsibilities

  • Make intelligent & incremental product decisions and compromises to support an iterative approach, based on user testing, business, and technical considerations to inform these decisions
  • Constantly look for the most impactful ways to reach company goals
  • Become a domain expert in terms of our customers, eCommerce, deliverability and compliance, and event-based products in general
  • Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including framing problems, researching them, and presenting insights
  • Combine knowledge from product metrics, user research, and other product insights into meaningful product decisions, and experiments
