Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy, including conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • Maintain current subject matter expert relationships and grow new subject matter expert relationships
  • Support cross-functional teams in the product development process, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and coordinating with engineering, design, content development, marketing, and sales teams
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback on product features, usability, and performance
  • Assist in the management of the product lifecycle, including coordinating product updates, enhancements, and sunset plans
  • Support effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, partners, and customers
  • Assist in coordinating user testing, QA testing, and bug tracking activities to ensure the quality and usability of products
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of product requirements, specifications, and project plans
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key product metrics and performance indicators
