Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of work experience with a demonstrated track record of success at top-tier tech startups, big tech, or professional services firms, including over 3 years of product management experience shipping complex, data-driven, or AI/ML-based products. A strong academic background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business from a top institution is required, along with technical fluency and excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Prior hands-on technical experience, building products in healthcare, dental, SaaS, or AI-driven environments is highly desirable. The role requires full-time, in-person work in New York City.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager – AI Initiatives will lead the AI product strategy by developing and executing the product vision and roadmap, balancing innovation, technical feasibility, and business impact. Responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering customer feedback to guide AI-powered product development, and interfacing closely with C-suite, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. The role involves owning the full product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch optimization, ensuring high product quality and usability, and informing the integration of AI into Torch Dental’s products. Defining clear KPIs, tracking product adoption and performance, and advocating for continuous improvement based on user data and market trends are also key duties.
