Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager, demonstrating strong service planning and project management skills. They should also have strategic thinking abilities, analytical skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of AI, web applications, and related technologies. Data analysis and SQL query proficiency are also required, as well as the ability to communicate fluently in English and lead business meetings.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will collaborate with ML Engineers and ML Software Engineers to plan and implement successful AI solutions, effectively managing project timelines and resources to optimize project progression. They will proactively collect requirements from Hyperconnect brands and incorporate them into proposals, establishing quantitative KPIs and subsequently measuring and evaluating their performance. The role involves continuously monitoring and analyzing project progress and potential risks, swiftly taking necessary actions to achieve desired outcomes. Furthermore, they will develop services and platforms to support Hyperconnect’s moderation and Match Group brands, collaborating with Match Group to meet global trust and safety standards.
